1、 General Description

CMD 180T is API certified, hydraulic drilling rig that is designed for vertical or

directional drilling operations in conventional oil and gas, shale, coal-bed methane

(CBM, CSG) and geothermal, with air, mud or foam drilling techniques. It can also be

used for fast mine rescue and core drilling.

2、 Main Features

● Compact design minimizes the quantity of transportation. Only 4 trailers are needed for transporting a rig which consists of mast unit, power unit, sub base and pipe handler.
● Modular design ensures the rig fast assembling/disassembling.
● Foot print reduced by 50% compared to the traditional oil rig.
● Remote monitoring of the drilling process.
● Downward pushing of the hydraulic top drive enables drilling of directional well with shallow vertical depth.
● Top drive tilting to work with the pipe handler, ensures drill pipe fast trip in & out.
